Delete your account and data

Delete it in the app

1. Open the PrizeBnk app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, then Account management.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

What happens next

Straight away, we stop reading your bank data and close your sign-in. You won't be able to sign back in, and nothing more is collected about you.

90 days later, everything is erased for good: your balances, transactions, goals, streaks and entries, and the data our open banking provider holds for your bank connections.

Your employer cannot restore your account.

Your bank account itself, and any money in it, is not affected. Your savings were always in your own account.

Can't get into the app?

Email sanil@prizebnk.com from the email address linked to your PrizeBnk account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm your identity, then we'll delete your account and tell you when it's done. We'll respond within one month.
