PrizeBNK operates a B2B financial wellbeing platform that enables UK employers — currently focused on the hospitality sector — to offer their employees a gamified, prize-linked savings benefit. The platform is currently in pre-launch ahead of its app release.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PrizeBNK website (https://prizebnk.com), registering your interest, or engaging with us as a potential business partner (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

3. Description of Current Services

PrizeBNK is currently in pre-launch. Our current Services include:

• Website and information pages at prizebnk.com describing our planned product offering
• Early interest registration: A no-cost, commitment-free way for UK employers to register early interest in PrizeBNK
• Professional communications: Emails, calls, and demos with potential employer partners and technology providers
• LinkedIn and content channels: Thought leadership and updates from our team

Planned future features (subject to app launch):

• Gamified, prize-linked savings tools for employees
• Employer HR dashboard with anonymised engagement reporting
• Open Banking Account Information Services (AIS) — read-only bank data access with explicit user consent, to power savings tracking features (no payments initiated)

We intend to integrate open banking functionality via an FCA-authorised third-party provider at the time of app launch. No open banking data is currently collected or processed.

Data handling for the current Services: Lead enquiries submitted through the website are not persisted to any database; they are sent directly to our business email inbox, which is the sole system of record. Our email and document systems are configured to keep data within the UK and EEA. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
