Our story
Why PrizeBnk exists
Before PrizeBnk, our founder Sanil Xavier worked in hospitality management. Day to day, he saw how money worries followed people to work: the extra shift picked up to cover a bill, the stress that shows up as sick days, and good people leaving for a few pence more an hour. The usual answer was a benefits portal nobody opened, or a one-off talk about budgeting. What was missing was something people would actually want to use, every day.
The idea
Bring the reward closer
Saving is hard because the reward feels far away. A weekly prize draw brings it closer. So PrizeBnk pairs practical tools (an emergency fund, personal goals and a quick daily spending review) with a weekly prize draw that rewards good habits, not big balances.
Who we build for
Built for employers
PrizeBnk is a software company. We build for UK businesses with teams from 10, especially hospitality and retail, where hours vary, pay is often hourly and staff turnover is expensive. There’s no payroll integration, and it’s simple to run.
My mission is to make financial security an exciting, achievable goal for every team member - and to give operators a way to genuinely be heroes for the people who keep their business running.
